What we collect
When you submit the estimate form we collect the name, phone number and job description you type, plus the page you submitted from and the date and time. When you call the number on this site, we collect your phone number and the content of that call. Calls may be recorded for quality and training; if you do not want to be recorded, tell us at the start of the call and we will stop.
We do not ask for, and you should not send, payment card numbers, government ID numbers or health information through this site.
How we use it
We use it to contact you about the service request you submitted, to schedule and perform that work, and to keep records of jobs we have quoted or completed. That is the whole list.
Who we share it with
Service requests submitted on this site are fulfilled by licensed local partners. To get your job done, we share your name, phone number, service address and job description with the partner assigned to it. We also use service providers for phone service, form hosting and data storage, who process this information on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, as those terms are defined under the California Consumer Privacy Act.
Calls and text messages
By submitting the form, you agree that we may call or text you about that request. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply. If we text you, reply STOP to stop receiving messages and HELP for help. You can ask us to stop calling at any time and we will.
Your California rights
If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information we have collected about you and how we have used and disclosed it, the right to request that we delete it, the right to correct inaccurate information, and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising any of these rights.
To make a request, contact us using the details below. We will verify your request by confirming the phone number you gave us. You may use an authorized agent.
How long we keep it
Lead records are kept for as long as needed to complete the job and to meet our tax and warranty record-keeping obligations, then deleted. Call recordings are kept for a shorter period.
